Easy Keto Brownies

 

These brownies are delicious, with only 4 carbs!

2/3 cups almond meal
6 tablespoons cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/3 cup erythritol (or your favorite granulated sweetener)
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons milk (or almond milk)
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C). Grease and flour an 8" pie plate.

Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Drizzle melted butter over dry ingredients and mix with a fork. Add remaining wet ingredients and beat with fork until well blended. Stir in chopped pecans.

Pour into prepared pie plate and bake for about 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.

Delicious warm or cool. Store in refrigerator, covered with foil.
