Keto Cheesecake in a Mug

Keto Mug Cheesecake for 1

2 heaping tablespoons cream cheese
2 heaping tablespoons Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
liquid stevia to taste (I used about 2 teaspoons)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (I have liquid stevia that is vanilla flavored, so I omitted this)
1 egg

Combine all ingredients except egg. Beat with a fork until smooth. Add egg and beat until smooth. Pour into buttered ramekin or mug. Microwave on high for approximately 2 minutes (or until egg is completely set).

Let sit a few minutes to cool. Pour onto a dessert plate and top as desired. I like to sprinkle some chopped sugar free chocolate on mine, or drizzle a little sugar-free chocolate syrup on it.
